P1Harmony vinyl decals. Great for decorating lightsticks and photocard binders. Waterproof and permanent to most solid surfaces. Comes with directions for application. All decals will have transfer tape over the top of the vinyl for easy application. Available in 50 colors. If your preferred color is not listed please message me and I will see what I can do!
